Privacy, simply.
Our private tool manages TinyHomePrintsCo’s own Pinterest Pins. Product links take shoppers to Etsy for purchases and downloads.
What we use and why
Once connected, the tool will use our business account identifier, boards, Pins, public product content and available performance counts, such as impressions, saves and clicks. Restricted access tokens allow the authorised connection. We use this information to publish and maintain our own product Pins, prevent duplicates and understand content performance.
We do not use this tool to collect Pinterest viewers’ names, email addresses, private messages, payment details or individual browsing histories. Pinterest and Etsy handle their own platform information under their privacy policies.
Who operates it
Kevin Bolt, a UK sole trader trading as TinyHomePrintsCo, is responsible for the tool and operates its server in Austria. Where personal data is involved, our legitimate interest is securely managing and promoting our own business content. Public product copy may be prepared with OpenAI/Codex; viewer information and connection credentials must not be sent to those tools.
Pinterest processes the account connection and content and may process information internationally under its own safeguards. This page has no analytics, advertising pixels or contact form; its hosting may process basic technical connection information.
Retention and your choices
We keep credentials while the connection is needed, Pin mappings while needed to maintain content and prevent duplicates, and technical records only while needed to resolve problems or meet legal requirements. The owner can revoke access through Pinterest; we then remove or revoke the stored connection credentials. Disconnecting does not delete existing Pins.
For privacy questions or requests concerning your personal information, email tidyhomeprints@proton.me. We normally respond within one calendar month and explain any lawful extension or refusal. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), or your local data-protection authority where applicable. We update this notice if the tool’s data use changes.
